ShreeLix Billing is early-access software from a solo-founder studio. These terms are written in plain language to be clear about what you're agreeing to — if anything is unclear, contact us at support.shreelix@gmail.com before relying on the service for critical business needs.

1. What ShreeLix Billing Is

ShreeLix Billing is a web-based tool for inventory management, billing, and GST invoice generation, provided by ShreeLix ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Free and Paid Usage

New accounts receive 100 free actions (adding products, creating bills, and similar operations) to evaluate the service. Continued use beyond this limit requires a paid subscription, currently priced at ₹299/month. Pricing may change with notice posted in the app.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are currently activated manually after payment confirmation via UPI, phone, or WhatsApp — there is no automated payment gateway at this time. Subscriptions run for 30-day periods from the date of activation or renewal and do not auto-renew; you will need to actively renew to continue paid access after expiry.

4. Your Data and Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, including product prices, GST rates, and invoice details. ShreeLix provides tools to help calculate GST and generate invoices, but does not verify the correctness of tax rates or figures you input — you remain responsible for your own tax compliance and for verifying invoices before sharing them with customers or tax authorities.

5. Service Availability

As an early-access product, ShreeLix Billing may experience downtime, bugs, or interruptions, including delays caused by free-tier infrastructure (e.g., the backend may take up to a minute to respond after periods of inactivity). We do not currently guarantee any specific uptime or availability level.

6. Limitation of Liability

ShreeLix Billing is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShreeLix and its founder are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or tax filing errors. Your use of financial and tax figures generated by this tool for official filings is at your own discretion and risk.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the free tier, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may stop using the service at any time.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
