Privacy Policy
1. What We Collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google (verified directly by Google — we never see or store your Google password). When you set up your business profile, we store the business details you provide: business name, address, phone number, and GSTIN if entered.

2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to operate ShreeLix Billing — storing your inventory and bills, generating invoices, and tracking your subscription status. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Where Your Data Is Stored
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted via Supabase, with the application backend hosted on Render. Both are third-party infrastructure providers; we do not operate our own servers. As an early-access product, please avoid entering highly sensitive information beyond what's necessary for billing and invoicing.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share your business data with other users of ShreeLix Billing — each account's products and bills are isolated to that account. We may access data internally for support, debugging, or product improvement purposes.
5. Cross-Sell and Lead Data
If you click "Interested" on a cross-sell prompt within the app, we create a record of that interest (a lead) so we can follow up about our other products. This is limited to expressing interest — it does not share your billing/inventory data with anything beyond ShreeLix's own internal sales tracking.
6. Your Rights
You can request a copy of your data, request corrections, or request account deletion at any time by contacting support.shreelix@gmail.com.
7. Cookies and Local Storage
The app uses your browser's local storage to remember your sign-in session and cache display data (like your token count) for a smoother experience. This is not third-party tracking or advertising-related.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
